On 10th march 2022, in San Jeronimo El Real parish church in Madrid, was celebrated a memorial Mass organised by Peace and Cooperation president Ms Rosa Olazábal, in memory of Mr Joaquín Antuña León, deceased on 30th march 2020 in Madrid.
On 10th march, that would have been Joaquín Antuña León’s birthday, let us remember this great man we will not forget, Knight of the Spain Royal Order. Working with him was a real opportunity. Indeed, he was a very dynamic person with a great sense of humour which made him an excellent speaker and writer. Passionate about the communication sector, Mr Joaquín Antuña León was also a loyal collaborator of the Galicia Digital news website and other different media in television, radio and print, thanks to which he made Peace and Cooperation actions known. It demonstrates how prolific and committed to his Foundation cause he was.
Mr. Joaquín Antuña León worked for the benefit of his Foundation with so much passion until his last days. He never stopped thinking about new plans for youth to execute in Spain and abroad, in order to contribute to the establishment of a better future for the society.
Mr Joaquín Antuña León is an example of commitment to the future generations. Its work remains everlasting and goes on through his Foundation’s actions. Peace and Cooperation is proud of having been headed and strengthened by this great man.
His memory is everlasting.
